"For the first time in my life, I don't want or need to lose any more weight!” Jennifer raves. “I've gone from a size 14 pushing 16 to a comfortable size 4 – and I am fitting into my first size 2 pair of jeans!

"I could not be happier! When I started Diet-to-Go, I joined a gym and got a trainer. Diet-to-Go was an integral part of my weight loss and learning to eat right.

"This is my busy season at work and Diet-to-Go frees up time I don't have for shopping and cooking. It also saved me from many unhealthy meals provided at the office.

Weight Loss Suits Donna & Her 53 lb. Loss!

Weight loss really suits Donna, a military wife with a Ph.D. in mathematics. Donna is one very happy   customer and her decision to choose Diet-to-Go has really added up to a more enjoyable life!

For six months, she stuck with the plan while her husband served our country abroad. Donna then began to love clothes shopping again. Gone was the need for snug size 18/20 clothes; she quickly learned that she needed to shop somewhere other than Lane Bryant.

“I lost 20 pounds the first two months to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight," Donna recalls.

"Two months later I broke the 200-pound mark. By the time John was coming home I was down to 185 pounds – I had lost almost 50 pounds and I began shopping for new clothes.

"Shopping was so much fun. I got a cute cream shirt and vest that cinched at the waist and I wear them with tight black pants (that's the outfit she's modeling in the photo at right). I was now wearing loose size-12s!

"When John walked off the plane, his jaw hit the floor and he could not take his eyes off of me."

Share Lori's Happiness: She's Slimmed Away 36 lbs!

There are plenty of benefits associated with losing weight.

For starters, there's a lowered risk of illness and an increase in energy.

But for Lori, who's dropped a super 36 pounds with Diet-to-Go, the best part of weight loss just may be not having to wear clothes with elastic waistbands anymore.

Our 55-year-old featured slimmer weighed 220 when she turned to Diet-to-Go for help. She now weighs 184 and is on track to reach her goal weight of 160.

“Diet-to-Go’s food is delicious – I recommend it often to anyone who says they want to lose weight,” Lori says.

“The meal plan is especially good for single people like me. No shopping... lots of variety... no worries about wasting food by cooking for one... and no anxiety about overeating!

“And seriously, it’s great to shop for fashionable clothes and not be limited to what's available in the 'plus-size' stores!

“I chose Diet-to-Go because I did not want to be tied to a contract. Most importantly for me, the food had to be healthy and taste good, and the price had to be right, too. Diet-to-Go meets my needs.”

Jason Got Moving, Dropped 77 lbs.

When his scale's needle crept past the 300-pound mark, Jason S. weighed his weight-loss options and chose delicious Diet-to-Go home-delivered meals over pills, potions, surgery or some trendy celebrity diet du jour.

Less than nine months later, he's down a stunning 77 pounds and looking forward to an increasingly active lifestyle that already involves cycling, hiking and kayaking!

"I've lost over 75 pounds on Diet-to-Go and it's helped transform the way I think about eating, food and exercise," says Jason, 33, who now regularly bikes the six miles to work and back.

"At first, the goal was merely to give up control and have somebody prepare all my food for me so I didn't have to think about calorie intake.

"With dieting, the hardest part is sticking to it. Diet-to-Go makes that easy. So when it was really hard all I had to do was eat what I was given.

"Later on, I learned about portion control and calories, but when it gets hard, I just stick to the plan."

    Rollie's on a Roll: He's 63 lbs Down!

Check out Rollie. Since joining Diet-to-Go last April, he's slimmed down 63 pounds!

Our success story-in-the-making is here today to inspire everyone in need of weight loss... and that includes all of us who waited until January 1st to resolve to get healthier in the new year.

“After trying numerous fad diets where I would lose 20 pounds or so, and which usually resulted in gaining all the weight back and a little more, and when my doctor indicated I had just tipped the scale with a BMI over 40 which was classified as morbidly obese, I decided I needed to do something permanent, not a fad, but a lifestyle change,” he says.

“I was attracted to the idea of signing up for one of the programs that provided my meals for me, so I didn’t have to deal with the ongoing temptations of choosing what and how much to eat all the time.

“Diet-to-Go was highly rated for its freshness and quality of food. I decided to give it a try for 4 weeks to see what would happen.”

"For me, Diet-to-Go is a no-brainer," Abby says. "I just eat the delicious, varied, satisfying food Diet-to-Go gives me and I lose weight.

"I love the convenience of being able to take a healthy delicious meal to work for less than the cost of a fast food meal. I have not eaten in a fast food restaurant since I started the plan. I feel no need to do so.

"The Diet-to-Go food is just as convenient, better tasting, and a heck of a lot better for me!

“Last winter I went skiing for the first time in years! I had a wonderful time and I could not have done it without the exercise and weight loss.

“I also have a new granddaughter (shown with Abby), and look forward to chasing her around for years to come.”
