  1. How Diet-to-Go Added 19 Mouth-Watering Meals in 2019

The mouth-watering Salmon Teriyaki Rice Bowl meal pictured above is one of 19 (yes, you read that right—19) meals that have found their way onto the Diet-to-Go menu over the last year!

Creating a new meal isn’t easy, but it’s something Diet-to-Go is dedicated to doing, says John Stewart, Diet-to-Go’s Senior Vice President of Operations. John has been with Diet-to-Go for 29 years, and said it’s part of the company’s culture to evolve.

“We make new meals for customer satisfaction. Period,” John said. “If you went to the same restaurant every night, you’d get tired of it. So we do it for variety, to keep people happy and keep them coming back.”

Once a new meal is perfected, the rest of Diet-to-Go’s staff gets involved implementing it. From ordering ingredients, taking photos, updating the website, altering production lines, you name it.

“There’s a lot that goes into it,” John said.

John said part of the process is also adapting menus and meals based on customer feedback. Every week, Diet-to-Go gathers feedback from customers via email, surveys and the weekly “Feedback Friday” round-ups on Facebook.

“Remember the soups? So when people didn’t like those, we took those off and changed them,” John said “We definitely listen to customer feedback.”

The five-week meal rotation across Diet-to-Go’s four menus—Balance, Vegetarian, Balance-Diabetes and Keto-Carb30—features a wide variety of calorie- and portion-controlled, mouth-watering meals that are made with healthy ingredients and designed to help customers eat right and lose weight.*

Let’s take a look at all 19 new meals that have made their way onto the Diet-to-Go menu over the past year.

John added that there’s more amazingness to come.

“We have a lot of stuff in the works,” he said. “We’re not stopping anytime soon. We’re just going to keep on pumping out these meals.”
