  1. 27 Store-Bought Packaged Snacks Under 150 Calories

At Diet-to-Go, we believe in a common-sense approach to healthy eating.

That means that, while we advocate for a diet rich in wholesome foods like vegetables, fruits and lean proteins, we also understand that sometimes you’re in a hurry and just need to grab something and go.

And, if you have room in your calorie budget, snacking is actually ok! This is especially true when you can fit in a few extra calories from doing exercise, or for those who are in the maintenance phase after reaching your goal weight.

With that in mind, we scoured the grocery stores for 27 snacks that are 150 calories or less, things that are pre-packaged, that you can grab when you’re in a hurry, and that will fit into your diet plan.

Now, keep in mind, these are NOT foods that we think should be making a regular appearance in your daily diet repertoire. Many convenience foods like these are devoid of real nutritional value for your body and don't fill you up as much per calorie as healthier options. They also can have added sugar, artificial sweeteners or be heavily processed. So, eat fresh when you can, but when you absolutely need a pre-packaged snack, try one of these 27 store-bought options so you don't blow your calorie budget for the day.
