Your Diet-to-Go meals are fully cooked and can be enjoyed hot or cold. Make sure your meals are defrosted before reheating. Reheat these meals until hot and enjoy; use your best judgement when it comes to reheating your food, as times may vary from meal to meal. Breakfast meals require shorter reheating times than Lunches or Dinners.
There may be some liquid released from the food once defrosted. This can be drained off before heating.
You do not need to heat side dishes like slaw, fruit cups, peanut butter, or sandwiches.
Microwaves are not created equal, so test your meals after the initial heating time and adjust your time from there. Keeping them semi-covered helps keep moisture in and heats them faster.
To Heat Your Meals in a Toaster Oven
Simply remove the meals from the packaging and place on the toaster tray, aluminum foil or oven-safe dish and heat until hot. This takes a bit more time but the outcome is delicious! This is the best way to reheat sandwiches, wraps and cheese dishes.
Simply remove the meal from the packaging, place in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil and heat at 300 degrees until hot (approximately 20-30 mins).
Simply remove the meal from the packaging, remove anything that does not need to be heated, place on a small plate or foil, place in the steamer, cover and heat until hot.
Reheat breads in the oven or toaster oven, or wrap in a moist paper towel and place in microwave for 10 seconds or until warm.
